Late Registration 
Registration received 
after June 20, 2018 without a registration fee included will incur a $50 late registration fee.

Cancellation Policy 
All registration canceled after June 13, 2018 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. LACDL will not issue a refund for cancellation after
 June 15, 2018.

No Show Policy

LACDL will not issue a refund for "No Shows".

CLE Voucher Policy

CLE Voucher Cancellation Policy (applies to those using CLE Voucher Only): It is the policy of LACDL that if a person, for good cause,  is unable to attend a CLE seminar after registering for the seminar and after the date for cancellation without penalty has passed, the following rules shall apply: 
(1)    If the individual has not yet received the seminar materials and was to attend the seminar using an LACDL membership voucher, that voucher will still be available for future use;
(2)    If the individual was to attend the seminar using an LACDL membership voucher and the individual has received the seminar materials prior to cancellation, the voucher will still 
be available for future use but the individual will be assessed the cost of the materials, which must be paid prior to attendance at any future seminars. 
For purposes of this policy, good cause includes professional commitments such as court appearances that had not be
en set at the time of registration for the seminar; illness, or other emergency situations that were not foreseen at the time of registration for the seminar.
