                Meet Elisabeth LeBlanc
Elisabeth’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities law,
governance, and other corporate andcommercial matters. While in law school,
Elisabeth served as a judicial extern to Judge Fredericka Homberg Wicker of the
Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. She was also a law clerk at a prominent
New Orleans litigation firm.
Meet Aimee Decuir
Aimee’s experience includes assisting clients with commercial contract preparation
and negotiation, business entity formation, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
Aimee also assists a range of clients with drafting business documents, asset sales,
and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Aimee was an associate
in the Houston office of an Am Law 100 firm and represented clients in commercial matters,
including maritime, breach of contract, antitrust, employment, and regulatory disputes.
Aimee also served as judicial extern at the US District Court for the Eastern District of
Louisiana for the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo and the Louisiana Supreme Court for
the Honorable Greg Guidry.


Meet Alex Glaser

Alex’s experience includes the design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified
and non-qualified plans and arrangements. He also drafts and amends employment
agreements, non-competition agreements, severance agreements, equity compensation
plans, and deferred compensation arrangements. Alex regularly advises clients on all aspects
of compliance with the Affordable Care Act. He also represents companies during DOL and IRS investigations involving plan and benefits-related issues.

In his executive compensation practice, Alex advises compensation committees and retirement
plan committees on fiduciary and governance issues. He has also advised clients regarding
deferred compensation, including drafting arrangements compliant with Code Section 409A
and correction of document and operational errors under IRS correction procedures.
